What payment terms do you offer schools?
PO / 30-day net. Order via purchase order and we’ll invoice on delivery or net-30 depending on your preference. No upfront payment required.
Can you deliver to different addresses?
Yes. We can split shipments across multiple school sites or send to individual addresses if you have satellite locations. Shipping is included.
What's the minimum order?
MOQ 10 for best pricing. We accept smaller orders — per-unit price is slightly higher but we won’t turn you away.
How long does it take?
Standard lead time is 4–6 weeks from design sign-off. That includes production and delivery to your school.
Can we sample before committing?
Yes. Sample packs are £50 + VAT, fully refundable when you place your order. Great for showing your committee the fabric and fit.
Do you have women’s fit?
Yes. Women’s fit is available across all three tiers. Same fabric, same design — cut specifically for women’s proportions.
What about mid-season replacements?
We keep your artwork on file. New player joins or damage mid-season? Tell us the garments and sizes and we’ll produce within 4–6 weeks. No minimum order for top-ups.
Can we add logos and sponsors?
Yes — all logos, crests and sponsor branding included at no extra cost. We can work from vector files, PDFs, or even a photo of your existing badge. Logo redraw is £25 + VAT if needed.
