We have 3 options for you to order your child’s PE kit.
- Online: our preferred method. Please visit School Shops and click on your school to view the garments available.
- Over the phone: please call the office on 01209 311248 and one of our team will be happy to help and process your order.
- In store: here you can try on and buy. If we have the stock available you can also take it away with you. If you’d like to come in store, that’s no problem but you MUST pre book a slot with us, which you can do here.

We offer 3 delivery options which are displayed at the checkout section of our website when you complete your order.
- Pay £4.95 and we will deliver to an address of your choosing. *
- Collect from AGAME – we will notify you when your order is ready to collect from us.
- Delivery to school – there are conditions attached to this option, so please be aware of tis when ordering. During the normal school year, we only delivery once a month on the second Friday during term time only. During the summer holidays, we are likely to deliver once staff are back to school, so this may be flexible.
* We use APC as our courier company and they delivery next working day (excluding weekends) currently.

If you pay for delivery it supersedes all the other options.
If you do not pay for delivery and choose one of the other options, you will still need to enter a delivery address – please note this does not mean we will send it to that delivery address.

If we have the stock available, then your order will be picked as quickly as possible and ‘dispatched’ depending on which method you have opted for at the checkout. *For delivery options please refer to the previous question.

Your dispatch email from us will contain your tracking details for you to track it using the APC link.
You should receive an email and / or text from APC advising of an estimated delivery time slot.

Please note our terms and conditions which relate to returns, which are detailed on the returns form.
Please also note you don’t have to exchange whole bundle. If 1 or 2 of the items fit, you can mix and match as necessary. For example, you may need 7-11 socks, but these aren’t available as standard in our ‘junior bundles’.
Each school has their own style of PE kit and different optional extras. So sizing may vary slightly between schools, however all the different kit options are detailed on our PE SIZE CHART
Each school has their own style and range of kit options. However, the core compulsory options are in the ‘packages’ or ‘bundles’. There may be a couple of different options, at different price points and these normally reflect the basic bundle of a shirt, shorts or skort and socks and then a second option that may include a hoodie or a fleece for example.
Please note the package is the cheapest way to buy the items as these are normally discounted slightly.
We get asked this quite a lot and in general most items are made from 100% polyester, so they should wash easily and dry quickly.
Washing instructions are normally located in the back of the neck of the garments. Please follow these.
Please DO NOT tumble dry any of your items as this will likely cause damage to them.
Some items, like the hoodies, contain an element of cotton, so will naturally over time, fade slightly and some shrinkage may occur, this is completely natural BUT please avoid tumble drying.
This is another question we get asked regularly and our current policy on this is that we don’t offer a personalisation service for PE kit items, simply because if the sizing is wrong for whatever reason, we wont be able to accept the goods back.
Should you wish to personalise we normally recommend writing your childs name on the inside labels somewhere or sewing a name tag in.
We strongly recommend ordering kit by the 31st July in order to guarantee delivery for the start of term.
If you order after the 31st July orders will be dispatched as quickly as we possibly can, but it is dependent on our stock levels. Every effort will be made to get your order completed in time for September.
We try and manage orders as best we can, but inevitably we run out of stock throughout the year. In the summer months, we have a constant supply of stock arriving into us to help fulfil orders, particularly with the back to school time being such a busy period.
If you have placed an order and received an order confirmation, but as yet haven’t received a dispatch email, then it is likely that we are waiting for an item of stock to arrive into us in order to complete your order.
In this situation we will be in touch as soon as it’s ready for you.
Absolutely, we will do our best to accommodate this even during our busy times. Please give us as much notice as possible.
Where an order has already been placed and you’d like to add to it, we would encourage you to place a new order (as we don’t store or hold any credit card details) and then we can add your orders together.
Similarly, if you have placed an order and think you need to amend a size for whatever reason please give us a call and we will sort this out for you.
Our current process for anyone that has a school voucher is for the complete order, voucher code and voucher value along with the delivery address and contact details to be emailed to us at [email protected] If you can also confirm your preferred delivery method (please see question 2) that would help and avoid any delays.
In return we will raise your order on our system and email you a link to check the details and make payment securely.
